I can process all paperwork required for construction businesses (contracts, change orders, prelims, liens, releases, RFI’s, submittals, etc.) or teach you or your employees how to do it in house.
I can perform all bookkeeping requirements such as payroll, payables, receivables and/or training in these tasks as well.
Instruction on construction progress billing procedures, learning typical expense/income timelines for money management; job-costing analysis techniques and include sample forms and templates for future use. Bookkeeping services in preparation for income taxes (provide a Quickbooks disk to CPA for tax preparation. Save on bookkeeping rates as CPA bookkeeping is at a much higher rate).
